PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WeCode Land is a school and a platform providing trainings on the digital skills that are lacking in the university but needed by employers. It’s intended to support unemployed youth (aged 18-35) join the labor market by accessing digital jobs or starting their own businesses.
BUSINESS MODEL:
WeCode Land offers a variety of digital skills training courses delivered by certified trainers in Tunis and the regions. The courses are not free but WeCodeLand plans to facilitate the obtaining of micro-credits for studies that the young can repay after obtaining a job.
SOCIAL IMPACT MODEL:
Training young people aged 18-35 on digital skills, whatever their background is, to increase their chances of acquiring new skills and finding a job
