BUSINESS MODEL : 

Sport training is provided by ATAM Kram Team and the soft-skills training are conducted in partnership with EFE (Education for Employment).

The beneficiaries pay the training fee after finding a job

HYPOTHESES TO BE TESTED : 

• Test the impact of the program on the long-term unemployed.
• Test the employability rate of the long-term unemployed at the end of the program.
• Test the profitability of one training session.
